What we do

This page describes, in plain language, every product Relief Alliance LLC sells through its online storefront. It is intended for customers reviewing a charge, partners assessing our business, and our payment processor.

1. The Personalized Prayer Audio

What it is

A short audio recording, between two and four minutes long, narrated in English, addressed to the subscriber by name. The recording is a Christian prayer composed around the subscriber's first name and the personal concern they shared during the order form (for example, their family, their health, or their work).

How it is produced

Each recording is generated within our studio using a combination of pre-recorded narration templates and a voice rendering pipeline. The text of the prayer is reviewed before delivery to ensure it does not contain medical, financial, or legal claims, and that it does not promise outcomes outside the subscriber's control.

What the customer receives

• An email within 5 to 15 minutes of purchase, sent from support@unitedreliefalliance.org.
• An MP3 file attached to the email, plus a backup download link valid for 30 days.
• A receipt with the order number, the amount charged, and our customer support address.

Price

Personalized Prayer Audio is offered at the customer's choice of tier. The customer selects the tier before checkout. The tier the customer selects is the tier they receive a receipt for. There are no upsells embedded in the recording itself.

The tier the customer chooses determines the amount we charge. The audio content delivered is the same in length and structure at every tier. Customers select a higher tier when they wish to support our work, and we make this entirely voluntary.

2. The Devotional Downloads

What it is

Written devotional resources delivered as PDFs. The flagship title is The 30-Morning Jabez Devotional, a 30-day reading guide built around the Prayer of Jabez (1 Chronicles 4:10) with daily reflections and discussion prompts.

What the customer receives

• An email containing the PDF as an attachment and a direct download link.
• The PDF is the customer's to keep, with no time limit on access.
• The PDF contains no advertising, no third-party tracking, and no links other than to our customer support address.

Price

The Devotional Download is included as a bonus with every Personalized Prayer Audio purchase at no additional charge. It is also available separately for $9.00.

3. The Monthly Supporter

What it is

An optional, recurring monthly subscription. Subscribers receive one new piece of devotional content each month (a fresh prayer recording or a new devotional reading) sent on the same day of the month as their original purchase.

How it is offered

Monthly Supporter is presented as a separate, opt-in checkbox on a confirmation screen after a customer's first purchase. The customer must affirmatively click "Yes, add Monthly Supporter" to enroll. The price and renewal cadence are shown on the same screen, in the same font size, immediately above the confirmation button.

Renewal disclosure

Three days before each renewal, we send a reminder email titled "Your Monthly Supporter renews in 3 days," which contains:

• The exact date the next charge will occur.
• The exact amount of the next charge.
• A single-click cancellation link that requires no login.
• The customer support address for any questions.

How to cancel

A subscriber can cancel at any time, by any of these methods, with no fees and no waiting period:

• Clicking the one-click cancellation link in any renewal reminder.
• Replying to any order email with the word "cancel."
• Emailing support@unitedreliefalliance.org.

Cancellation is effective the moment we receive the request. No further charges are made. We do not run "retention" flows, do not require a phone call, and do not require the customer to give a reason.

Monthly Supporter prices

What we never do

• We do not make medical, health, financial, legal, or supernatural outcome promises. We do not say a purchase will heal an illness, repay a debt, or guarantee any specific result.
• We do not solicit donations, tithes, or "love offerings" in the sense of tax-deductible religious giving. We are a for-profit company selling digital content.
• We do not auto-enroll any customer in a subscription they did not affirmatively select.
• We do not store, transmit, or have access to raw payment card data. All card data is captured by Stripe, our payment processor, directly inside the Stripe-hosted checkout.
• We do not share customer email addresses, prayer requests, or transaction history with any third party for marketing purposes.
• We do not target advertising to people under 18, do not knowingly process orders from minors, and remove any data we discover came from a minor.

How the charge appears

Charges from Relief Alliance LLC appear on bank and credit card statements as RELIEF ALLIANCE. If a customer does not recognize a charge, we ask them to email support@unitedreliefalliance.org before contacting their bank. We typically identify and refund unwanted charges within a single business day.
