What we publish

Three lines of devotional content.

Every product we sell is a piece of digital content delivered by email or hosted at a private link. Nothing is shipped physically. Nothing is auto-renewed without explicit consent.

Recorded prayer audio

A personalized audio prayer recorded for the subscriber by name, delivered as an MP3 download and as an email attachment within minutes of purchase. Average length 2 to 4 minutes.

Devotional downloads

Written devotionals such as the 30-Morning Jabez Devotional PDF, delivered to the subscriber's inbox shortly after purchase. Each download is a complete, self-contained resource.

Monthly Supporter

An optional, fully voluntary monthly subscription that includes new devotional content each month. Clearly disclosed at checkout, with one-click cancellation from any order email.

How we operate

Plain, transparent commerce.

Prices, in plain US dollars

Every product is priced in U.S. dollars. The full price is shown before checkout, with no hidden fees or surprise charges. Sales tax, where applicable, is shown as a separate line on the receipt.

Explicit consent for any subscription

Monthly Supporter is a separate, opt-in product. Customers who do not select it are charged exactly once for the item they bought. Subscribers can cancel at any time, with no phone call, no retention process, and no fees.

14-day refund window

If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, we issue a full refund within 14 days of the original charge. We do not require a reason. Details are on our refund policy page.

Customer support, in writing

Every order email includes our support address. We answer in English, typically within 24 hours, on the same email thread the order receipt was sent from.

Built on the same standards your bank uses.

PCI DSS, through Stripe

We never store, transmit, or have access to raw card numbers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the highest level).

HTTPS only

Every page on our properties, and every page that handles a payment, is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. We do not accept payment data over insecure connections.

Privacy and data rights

We comply with the GDPR (European customers) and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Customers can request a copy of their data, or its deletion, by emailing our support address. Details on our privacy policy.

What our charges look like on your statement.

Charges appear as RELIEF ALLIANCE

If you see a charge from RELIEF ALLIANCE on a card statement and you are not sure what it is for, please email us at support@unitedreliefalliance.org with the date and the last four digits of the card used. We answer within 24 hours and will identify the charge or refund it promptly.

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please reach out to us first. A direct refund is faster than a chargeback, requires no paperwork from you, and reaches your card within 5 to 10 business days.
