About United Relief Alliance

Last updated June 5, 2026.

United Relief Alliance is the public brand of Relief Alliance LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming on August 22, 2025. We operate a faith-based digital media studio that creates and delivers personalized devotional content to subscribers through our online storefront.

What we are, and what we are not.

We are a for-profit limited liability company. We are not a religious organization, a place of worship, or a registered charity. Purchases from us are not tax-deductible donations. We do not solicit alms, raise funds for third parties, or claim to act as intermediaries between our customers and any deity.

We sell digital content. Customers pay us for a specific deliverable, such as a recorded prayer audio file or a downloadable devotional PDF, and that deliverable arrives by email within minutes of purchase.

Our mission

To produce devotional content that meets people where they are. Many of our subscribers live alone, are far from a faith community, or carry burdens they have not yet said aloud. We make small, personal, deliverable pieces of devotional media that they can listen to or read in private, at their own pace.

Who runs the company

Relief Alliance LLC is a single-member limited liability company. The sole member and managing officer is its founder, who is responsible for product, customer support, and compliance. Member identity, residency, and tax information have been disclosed to the IRS (EIN 37-2192989) and to our payment processor for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

How we are funded

Every dollar of our revenue comes from direct customer purchases through our consumer brand. We do not take donations, do not run capital campaigns, do not solicit grants, and do not accept payments from third parties on behalf of any cause. Our financial model is straightforward: a person buys a piece of devotional content, and we deliver it.

How we use our revenue

Revenue is used to operate the studio: paying for content production (audio recording, writing, design), for delivery infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, payment processing fees), and for the standard operating expenses of running a Wyoming LLC. A portion of net profit is distributed to the single member according to the company's operating agreement and U.S. tax law.

How we communicate with customers

All transactional communication is in writing, by email. Every order generates a receipt sent to the customer's email address on file. Every receipt includes our customer support address and a one-click link to request a refund. Every Monthly Supporter charge is preceded by a renewal reminder sent at least 3 days before the renewal date, with a one-click cancel link.

We do not call customers by phone, do not send physical mail, and do not retain customers through automated retry flows or hidden cancellation paths.
