UUnited Relief Alliance

Terms of Use

Last updated June 5, 2026. Effective for orders placed on or after this date.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and Relief Alliance LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website at unitedreliefalliance.org, by browsing our online storefront, by making a purchase, or by enrolling in our Monthly Supporter subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or buy our products.

1. Who we are

Relief Alliance LLC is a single-member limited liability company organized in Wyoming on August 22, 2025 (Wyoming Filing ID 2025-001750793), with federal Employer Identification Number 37-2192989. Our registered office is at 30 N Gould Street, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, and our registered agent is Northwest Registered Agent Service, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction, and not currently barred from using our services to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that all of these are true.

3. What we sell

We sell digital content. Our products include:

  • The Personalized Prayer Audio, a recorded prayer addressed to the subscriber by name, delivered by email.
  • The Devotional Downloads, including the 30-Morning Jabez Devotional PDF, delivered by email.
  • The Monthly Supporter, an optional recurring subscription to monthly devotional content, described in section 6.

Full descriptions, including what each product is, what is included, and what is not, are on our What we do page.

4. What our products are not

Our products are pieces of devotional media intended for personal use. They are not:

  • medical, mental health, psychiatric, or psychological advice or treatment;
  • financial, investment, tax, or legal advice;
  • a substitute for professional services in any of the above categories;
  • a guarantee, prediction, or promise of any outcome in your life, including healing, financial prosperity, the salvation of any specific person, the outcome of a relationship, or any other temporal result;
  • a tax-deductible charitable contribution under U.S. or any other tax law. Relief Alliance LLC is a for-profit limited liability company, not a religious organization, place of worship, or registered charity.

If you are facing a medical, mental health, financial, or legal challenge, we strongly encourage you to seek qualified professional help, in addition to any spiritual practice that supports you.

5. Pricing and payment

5.1 Prices

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay, plus any applicable sales tax shown as a separate line on the receipt. We do not charge hidden fees.

5.2 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never collect, store, or have access to your raw card number, CVV, or expiration date. By submitting payment information, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.

5.3 Statement descriptor

Charges from Relief Alliance LLC appear on bank and credit card statements as RELIEF ALLIANCE. This is the statement descriptor for our parent company and applies to every charge from any of our products. If you do not recognize a charge, please email support@unitedreliefalliance.org before disputing it with your bank.

6. Monthly Supporter (recurring billing)

6.1 Opt-in

The Monthly Supporter subscription is a separate, opt-in product. We do not enroll any customer in the subscription by default. You enroll by affirmatively clicking a confirmation button on a screen that shows the price, the renewal cadence, and the cancellation method, all in plain language, immediately above the confirmation button.

6.2 Renewal reminders

Three (3) days before each renewal charge, we email you a renewal reminder titled "Your Monthly Supporter renews in 3 days," which includes the exact date and amount of the upcoming charge and a one-click cancellation link that requires no login.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, by any of the methods described on our cancellation policy page. Cancellation is effective immediately. We do not bill any subsequent month. We do not run retention flows, do not require a phone call, do not impose fees, and do not require you to give a reason.

6.4 Price changes

If we decide to change the price of an existing Monthly Supporter tier, we notify all affected subscribers by email at least thirty (30) days before the new price applies, with the option to cancel without penalty before the new price takes effect.

7. Refunds

The following is a summary. The complete refund policy is on our refund policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may request a full refund of any charge from Relief Alliance LLC, including each Monthly Supporter renewal charge, within 14 calendar days of the original charge, with no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@unitedreliefalliance.org with the subject line "refund." Refunds are issued to the original card and reach the cardholder within 5 to 10 business days through our payment processor, Stripe.

You may keep any digital content already delivered, even after a refund. We do not require deletion.

8. Delivery

Digital products are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within 5 to 15 minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your order, please first check your spam folder and then email us at support@unitedreliefalliance.org. We will resend the order within minutes.

We do not ship physical goods.

9. Intellectual property

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any spiritual practice associated with our content will produce any temporal result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Relief Alliance LLC or its single member, officers, employees, or contractors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim, regardless of the form of the action, will not exceed the total amount you have paid to Relief Alliance LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relief Alliance LLC, its single member, and its contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or products if you breach these Terms, if we believe in good faith that you have engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or by our payment processor's rules.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@unitedreliefalliance.org with a deletion request.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights you may have under the law of your country of residence or any applicable European Union consumer protection regulation.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent material change. If a change reduces your rights, we notify you by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel any active subscription before the change applies.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
